Order of the House of Representatives, that the Committee on the Judiciary be requested to take into consideration the expediency of repealing so much of an Act entitled An Act as for organizing and disciplining the Militia of the State of Maine, as makes it the duty of each town in said State to be constantly provided with a certain quantity of Gunpowder as mentioned in the 26th section of said Act, passed on the 21st day of March 1821, was read and passed in concurrence
