The committee on contested elections made a further report by which it appears that Daniel Emery, Rufus K. J. Porter + Jabez Mowry, George Jewett, Nehemiah Hunt, Abraham Thomas, John Winslow, Phinehas L Bennet, Noah K George and John Sargent were duly elected and the report was accepted.
