The committee on both Houses to enquire when this Legislature may have a recess, reported that the Legislature may have a recess on Tuesday the 12th day of February instant - read & accepted Sent up for concurrence.

On motion of Mr Mitchell of Freeport

   Ordered, that from and after tomorrow, this House have two sessions each day till the end of this session, to commence in the forenoon at half past nine oclock and in the afternoon at three oclock - read & passed.

On motion of Mr Adams of Portland,
