212 Bill to change the names of certain persons, was read a 3rd time & passed to be engrossed as amended on sheet annexed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill regulating weights and the tale of Hoops & Staves, was amended in concurrence with the Senate and passed to be engrossed as thus amended.

Resolve to authorize the Treasurer of the State to Dispose of certain articles was read and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrences.

Bill regulating the practice of Physic, & Surgery, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

The committee to whom was referred the message of the Governor covering a report and resolves from the Legislature of South Carlolina made their report, which was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

Ordered that Messrs, Cobb of Durham, Leach of Raymond & Smart of Prospect be a committee with such as the Senate may join to inquire, and report what sums ought to be altered to the Chaplains of the two branches of the Legislature as compensation for their services - read & passed. Sent up for concurrence.
