Portland & Fuller of Augusta be a committee to consider what measures shall be taken to replace the money deposited in the Treasury of this State for the use of the Cumberland & Oxford Canal Corporation, and applied to the payment of claims agasint the State, when said Canal Corporation shall have complied with the several provisions of law, so far as to authorize them to draw said money from the Treasury read & passed.
