Mr. Balkam from the Committee on Militia +c to whom were referred the Documents in relation to the Militia No.s 1 to 6 inclusive, reported that they had considered the same, find them correctly stated, but do not perceive that they present any subject upon which Legislation is necessary.  The Committee, therefore, recommend that said Documents be filed in the office of the Secretary of State, and ask to be discharged from the further consideration of the subject. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

Mr. Kavanagh from the Committee on Accounts reported Roll of Accounts No. 9 with Resolve for the payment of Accounts against the State and the same were read once, ordered to a second reading, again read and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

Bill additional to the several Acts respecting highways, a new draft embracing the provisions of the following Bills viz Bill additional to the several Acts now in force respecting highways (Feb 18), " Bill additional directing the method of laying out and making provision for the repair and amendment of highways", (Feb 5), came from the House, and the Senate, having reconsidered their former votes, substituted this new draft for the original bills and ordered this new draft engrossed in concurrence with the House.
