Petition of Robert Cousins and others of a parish in Lyman praying to have the doings of said Parish made valid - - of Parker McCobb & als of Phipsburg [Phippsburg] for a registry of deeds to be established at Topsham - were severally read and referred to the committee on the Judiciary.
