Ordered, That the Committee on Banks & Banking be instructed to inquire as to the expediency of requiring by law that all incorporations which are now required to make periodical returns of their standing and situation, insert in said returns the names of all debtors to said Corporations and their Sureties, with the amount due from each - the time when such debt was contracted & when it is due. -  read & passed. Sent up for concurrence.
