Met according to adjournment
Remonstrance of Joseph Henderson & others against the election of Abraham Thomas returned from the class composed of the towns of Eden &c, was read & referred [crossout] to the committee on Elections.
On motion of Mr Smith of Nobleboro' Ordered, That the committee on Elections be instructed to enquire whether any person is returned as a member of this House who had not been for three months next proceeding the time of his election, & does not continue to be resident in the town or district which he represents - read & passed.
On motion of Mr Bourne of Kennebunk, Ordered, That when the Hosue adjourns, it adjourn until tomorrow morning - read & passed.
