Resolve in favor of Nathaniel Springer, came down, the Senate having adhered to their vote passing the same to be engrossed. The House adhered to their vote refusing the Resolve a passage.

Bill additional to an Act providing for the promotion of Education came down referred to the next Legislature for concurrence and the House recede & concur with the Senate in their reference.
