Bill – to set off Nahum Corson with his estate from Dearborn & annex the same to the town of Waterville, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as amended on sheet marked F. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill in addition to the act relative to the appointment of Engine Men passed March 16 1821, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as amended on sheet annexed marked A. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill – to incorporate the Thomaston Mechanic Association, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

The Committee on the change of names, reported the following Bill – and the report was accepted.

Bill to change the names of certain persons, was read a 1st & 2nd and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill – to regulate the Alewive fishery, was read a third time and on motion referred to Messrs Jewett of Bowdoinham Warren of Palmyra & Blaney of Bristol.

Bill – additional to an act respecting Fisheries in the waters of Vinalhaven was read a third time & passage refused.

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed, Bill – authorizing a Lottery for improving the Navigation of the Kennebec River. which was passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.
