19 relates to a system for a proportional distribution off the surplus funds of the United States to promote internal improvements to Messrs Goodenow of Alfred, Davis of Augusta & Pillsbury of Eastport.
Ordered, that so much of the Governors communication as relates to opening a communication between the Kennebec River and Canada be referred to Messrs Evans of Gardiner Shaw of Wiscasset & Fletcher of Bingham. with such as the Senate may join. Sent up for concurrence.
