Petition of Nathan Hills & al referred in this House on the 11th inst to the committee on claims, came back nonconcurred by the Senate & referred to the committee on the State Prison for concurrence & the House concurred.
An order came from the Senate for concurrence directing the committee on the Judiciary to enquire into the expediency of abolishing the office of Crier of the Courts - and of requiring the Clerks of said Courts without any addition to their present compensation, under the direction of the Court &c - and the House concurred.
An order came from the Senate for concurrence directing the committee on the Judiciary to consider whether any provision should be made by law in relation to foreign attachment in addition to such as now exist, and the House concurred.
