[Report on Petition] Mr. Wheeler from the Committee on the Petition of John Gordon and others, reported that the Petitioners cause an attested copy of their Petition with this order thereon to be served on Joshua Webb, Administrator, Susanna Partridge, Samuel D. Pike, George Small, Isaac Farnsworth, Miss Susanna Webb and Henry Babb, six days at least before the first Monday of February next. Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

[Resolve] Resolve in favour of Herman Nye passed to be engrossed and sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

[Bill] Bill giving further power to the Lewiston Bridge Corporation was read a 2nd time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for con-
