The House reconsidered their vote of yesterday referencing to the committee on the incorporation of Towns the Petition of Nathaniel Smith & als, and indefinitely postponed the same.

Petition & Report thereon, of Samuel Parson & als taken from the last years files of the Senate & sent down was read & referred to Messrs Smith of Nobleboro, Boutelle of Waterville & Adams of Portland.

Reports on the petition of the Trustees of Dearborne Academy - - Enoch Adams & als -John Gilmore -George Read & als granting leave to withdraw, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
