We stayed two days near Hartwood church on account of it being very rainy and muddy. Here Joseph Brucklebank was taken sick and never done much duty afterwards. We started our moving from Hartwood and marched to Stoneman Switch. We built quarters and long here drilling and picketing about two weeks. |
