A message was then received from House concurring in the foregoing proposition

[Convention]

The two Houses then met in Convention, when Daniel Wilkins Esqr. a Councillor elect, came in and took and subscribed the oaths required by the Constitution to qualify him to enter on the discharge of the duties of his office, in presence of the two Branches of the Legislature. The two Houses then separated.

[Message]

Mr. Holland was charged with a message to the Governor informing him that Daniel Wilkins Esqr. had been duly qualified as a Councillor the current year.

[Returns of the Banks]

The Secretary of State laid before the Senate the Returns of the several Banks in this State, which had been made to his Office agreeably to law when On motion Ordered that 300 copies of the abstract of said Returns be printed for the use of the Legislature: Sent down for concurrence and came up concurred.

[Treasurers Bond]

The Treasurer submitted his Bond for the examination and approval of the Legislature: Referred to Messrs. Dunlap and Lord with such as the House may join; sent down for concurrence, came up concurred and Messrs. Town, Lombard and Stephenson were joined.
