[1824 February 19.] An an answer was returned that the Senate had already sent to the House the original report by them requested.-

[Message] Another message was then received from the House requesting the same report to be sent down : But the Senate voted to take no further order thereon, inasmuch as the said report was already in the possession of the House.-

[Bill] Bill additional to the act to organize, govern and discipline the militia, was read a 2d time and passed to be engrossed : sent down for concurrence.-

[Message] A message was received from the House requesting the Senate to send down the Bill additional to an act to establish a Court of Sessions : and it was sent down.-

[Resolve] The Senate reconsider their vote by which they passed to be engrossed the Resolve on the petition of the President and Directors of the Cumberland Bank; adopt an amendment in the same and afterwards pass the Resolve to be engrossed as amended : sent down for concurrence.-

Mr. Witham from the committee on engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied, viz.

[Bills enacted] Bill respecting fisheries in St. George River, Bill to cede to the United States of America the jurisdiction of Baker's Island, and Bill directing the proceedings against forcible entry and detainer: and they were severally passed to be enacted: also
