(283) was delivered to the House of Representatives informing the House that the Senate have voted that, when they next adjourn, they shall adjourn without day, and requesting the concurrence of the House therein. [Message relative to adjournment without day] A Message was received from the House by Mr. Child their Clerk, informing the Senate that the House had voted that when they next adjourn they shall adjourn without day, in concurrence with the proposition of the Senate. [Committee to wait on the Governor] On motion by Mr. Drummond, Ordered, that Messrs. Drummond, Hinds and Hilton with such as the House may join, be a Committee to visit on the Governor and inform him that the two Houses have passed upon all public business before them and are now ready to adjourn without day, and to inquire if he has any further communication to make to them. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred; and Messrs. Swan. White, Sanborne, Trask and Hoyt were joined, on the part of the House. [Committees Report] Mr. Drummond, from the Committee appointed to wait upon the Governor and inquire if he has any further communication to make to the Legislature, reported that the Committee had performed that service and the Governor was pleased to say that he would forthwith make a communication through the Secretary of State, after which he had no further communication to make. [Sec. of State Read titles of Acts & Resolves] The Secretary of State came in and read the titles of Eight six Acts and Fifty four Resolves which had been signed by the Governor during the present Session of the Legislature, being all the Acts and Resolves which had been presented to him. [Resolve in favor of J. Bodwell & als] The Resolve entitled "Resolve in favor of Abijah Usher Jr., John Bodwell, Nathan D. Appleton and
