Bill - additional to an act entitled an act to incorporate the Schoodiac River Log Company, came from the Senate referred to the next Legislature & notice ordered thereon for concurrence - and the House concurred.
Bill - regulating fisheries at the mouth of the Kennebec River, was read 1st & 2d time & Monday next at ten oclock assigned for a 3d reading
Bill - to prevent the destruction of Fish on the Colscook [Cobscook] river in the town of Whiting, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.
Resolve in favor of John G Dean, was laid on the table by Mr Bourne of Kennebunk, read once & Monday next at ten oclock assigned for a third reading.
