New Trials be instructed to inquire into the expediency of so altering the law regulating Registers of Deeds, that they may be exempted from the duty of seventeen cents, now required by law on all instruments by them recorded, where the income of their respective offices shall not exceed - Dollars, with leave to report by Bill or otherwise, came up for concurrence: Read and concurred. -
