[Committee on certain ministers solemnizing Marriages]

Order of the House that Messrs. Warren, Fessenden and Bailey with such as the Senate may join, be a committee to consider the expediency of authorizing the several ordained ministers of the Roman Catholic and Protistant [Protestant] Episcopal Churches, settled in this State, to solemnize marriages between those of their respective denominations in any County in the State, with leave to report by Bill or otherwise,” came up for concurrence: Read and concurred and Messrs. Churchill and Parsons of L. were joined.
