[Bill making Penobscot River &c public Highway] Mr. Parsons from the Joint Select Committee reported Bill declaring the Penobscot River and certain branches thereof public highways and the same was read and referred to Messrs. Parsons and Dane with such as the House may join. Sent down for concurrence and Messrs. Williams, Carpenter and Kidder were joined.
