 To the Speaker of the House of Representatives

In compliance with a request of the House of Representatitves of the 20th instant I herewith transmit the proceedings of the Executive Department in relation to the accounts of Daniel Rose Esq. late Land Agent since the 1st day of April 1830 Council Chamber Jan 22 1830 Samuel E Smith

Read and with the accompanying documents referred to the Committee on State Lands sent up for concurrence.
