The House resumed the consideration of the Bill last aforesaid which was discussed till a late hour at night when Mr. Wyman of Lovell moved to amend the Bill so as to include therein the Acts and Resolves of all former Legislatures of this State - and the question upon so amending was taken by yeas and nays as follows - Yeas 29 Nays 104 - It was then moved to refer the Bill to the next Legislature which motion was discussed and decided in the negative by yeas and nays as follows - Yeas 58.
