Mr. Churchill then moved for a reconsideration of the vote by which the Senate passed to be engrossed the Resolve fixing the place of meeting of the next Legislature,” which motion, the President decided to be out of order, there not being as many members present as were present at the passage of the same. -
Mr. Kelsey from the committee, on petition of Joseph Whitney, reported a Resolve on the petition of Joseph Whitney,” which was read and passed to be engrossed: sent down for concurrence. -
