302 Resolve in favor of Benjamin Dunn came from the Senate passed to be engrossed - & was now taken up and discussed and a call being made for the previous question and sustained and the question "Shall the main question be now put" being decided in the affirmative the resolve was indefinitely postponed - sent up for concurrence. Resolve for the payment of contingent expenses was read 1 & 2 time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence. Petition of William D.
