The Committee on Engrossed Bills report as duly Engrossed Resolve in favor of the Fitcomb Belgrade Academy in relation to persons settled on the Public Land without title relating to the State Arsenal providing for the publication of the reports of the trials had in Circuit Courts Martial providing compensation for the messengers of the Governor & Council & for the Draftsman - which were severally finally passed sent up for concurrence.
