Resolve in favor of Isiah Dunn Junior, Moses Sweat & Noah Weeks, was read twice & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - to incorporate the Schoodic River Log Company was read a 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at nine oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Ordered that the Committee on the pay roll be directed to make up the pay of Andrews M Bradbury, the member from Standish for twenty miles travel & attendance up to the time he left this town on account of ill health - read and passed.

Resolve respecting Clerk hire in the office of the Secretary of State, came from the Senate amended as taken into a new draft for concurrence - The House adopt the new draft and pass the same to be engrossed as amended as on sheet annexed marked P. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve respecting the settlement of the accounts of the managers of the Cumberland & Oxford Canal lottery came from the Senate passage refused for concurrence & the House concurred.

Resolve for repairing and completing the road from Baring toward Houlton Plantation, reported with amendments which were adopted, was passed to be engrossed as thus amended. Sent up for concurrence.
