Thayer and others referred] The petition of Jonathan Thayer and others, praying that a law may be passed giving a party aggrieved by a judgement of the Supreme Judicial Court the right of review when only one verdict has been given on said action, read and referred to the Joint Standing Committee on the Judiciary, in concurrence with the House.
