On motion of Mr Parsons Ordered that the Joint Standing Committee to whom was referred a petition asking for a revision of the laws relating to Innholders etc be instructed to enquire into the expediency of excepting from payment for licenses all Innholders who shall not keep or sell any spiritous or mixed liquors - sent up for concurrence.

On motion of Mr Steele Ordered That the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of altering the law as to making up Bills of Cost for travel until travel is actually performed, and report by Bill or otherwise - sent up for concurrence.
