Bill - in further addition to an act to regulate the Manufacture & Inspection of Stone Lime & Lime Casks, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate

Bill - An additional act respecting Sheriffs, came down with amendments for concurrence - and the House adhered to their former vote.

Bill - to prevent foreigners from exercising acts of jurisdiction within this by serving civil or criminal process, was read 1st & 2nd time & Monday next at 10 o clock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill - to prevent the destruction of Moose, Deer & Carraboo [caribou], was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as in new draft. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve making an appropriation for the late Warden of the State Prison & for other purposes, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve directing an action against the Trustees of the Mariners Church was taken up and considered but not definitively acted upon before the House
