Resolves, entitled "Resolves respecting the North Eastern Boundary" were read a second time, and the question on passing said Resolves to be engrossed, being ordered to be taken by yeas and nays, was decided in the affirmative as follow to wit; Yeas, Messrs Boutelle, Bridgham, Dunlap. Eastman, Emerson, Gibson, Goodwin, Groton, Hunton, Hodgman, Ingalls, Keith, Lithgow, Megquire, Smith, Sweat, Talbot, Thompson, Thayer and Webb ---- 20 Nays, None. Messrs. Burnham and Scammon were excused from voting on the question.
