Report on the Petition of Edmund Pillsbury, and others " of John B. Hall and others " of Edward Thompson, granting leave to withdraw were severally read and accepted - sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Benjamin Brown was read twice and refused a passage in concurrence with the Senate.
