Resolve in favour of the town of Lincoln, reported by the committee on State Roads, was passed to be engrossed as amended, in concurrence.

Order from the House of Representatives, discharging the committee on the Judiciary from the further consideration of so much of the Governour's message as relates to the method of choosing electors of President and Vice President, read and passed, in concurrence.
