Mr. Megquier from the committee on the Judiciary to which was recommitted\Bill appropriating the income of certain Ministerial funds for the support of primary schools reported the same as taken into a new draft, which was adopted and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

A message was received from the House informing the Senate that the House adhere to their vote referring to the next Legislature the Resolve providing for the erection of a monument over the remains of Enoch Lincoln. The Senate adhere to their vote finally passing said Resolve and propose a conference; and appoint as conferees on their part Messrs. Keith, Emerson and Thayer. Sent down for concurrence.
