Message from the Governor, To the Senate and House of Representatives I herewith transmit for your consideration a Report of the Committee of the Senate of the State of Delaware, upon the Ordinance of South Caroline, and Resolutions of the General Assembly of that State upon the same. Council Chamber Augusta February 21, 1833 Saml. E. Smith which Message with the accompanying Report came from the Senate for concurrence referred to the Committee who have under consideration certain Resolutions from the State of Georgie and the House concurred.
