A message came from the House informing the Senate that agreeably to an order from the House, a message was sent to the Governor requesting him to return to the House a Bill, entitled an Act to incorporate the State Bank, which passed the House on the 23d instant, if the same had not received his signature The Secretary of State came in and laid the Bill on the table; and the House reconsider their vote passing the same to be enacted, also their vote passing the same to be engrossed, and pass the same to be engrossed, as amended. The Senate recede from their votes whereby they passed said Bill to be enacted and also whereby they passed the same to be engrossed, and pass the same to be engrossed as amended in concurrence.

Order from the House, directing that the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals be discharged from the further consideration of the petition of Nathan Pierce and others, and that the same be referred to the Committee on State Roads. Read and passed in concurrence.
