Resolve in favor of Benjamin Dunn came from the Senate passed to be Engrossed - & was now taken up and discussed and a call being made for the previous question and sustained and the question "Shall the main question be now put" being decided in the affirmative the resolve was indefinitely postponed - sent up for concurrence

Resolve authorizing the Governor & Council to cause a Gun House to be Erected at Bath was read a 1st time and Monday next at 11 o'clock assigned for a 2d. reading

Bill to organize govern & discipline the Militia of the State came from the Senate passed to be Engrossed as taken into a new draft and the House adopt the new draft amend it as on sheets thereto annexed marked A. B & C - & refer the Bill to the next Legislature & order one Thousand copies thereof to be printed & distributed by the Adjutant General as specified on sheet annexed to said Bill marked L - sent up for concurrence.
