Report of Committee to whom was referred an Order relative to the revising of the Law in Trustee process also to enquire into the expediency of passing a Law regulating the sale of Laths came from the Senate for concurrence the Committee asking to be discharged from the further consideration thereof and that the same may be referred to the Committee on the Judiciary - the House nonconcur the Senate in the acceptance of the report and commit the same to a joint select Committee consisting on the part of the House of Messrs.
