the Secretary of State be directed to notify Nathaniel Clark, Robert P. Dunlap, Juda Dana, Alfred Pierce, John Hodsdon, Thomas Sawyer Jr & Amos H. Hodgman, that they have been duly elected by joint ballot of the Senate and House of Representatives in convention assembled, Counsellors to advise the Governor in the Executive department of the Government for the current political year and request their immediate attendance. Sent down for concurrence.
