The committee on engrossed Bills report as duly engrossed - Resolve establishing a board of Internal Improvement. The question being on  the final passage of the resolve. Mr. McClintock of Bristol called for the previous question and the call being sustained - the question was then taken "Shall the main question be now put" which was decided in the affirmative - the resolve was then finally passed and the question on passing the same was taken by Yeas and Nays as follows Yeas 86 Nays 73 (see appendix page ) sent up for concurrence.
