On motion of Mr. Boutelle, Ordered that the Governor be requested to communicate to the Senate, the returns of the State of the Banks, made by the Cashiers of the same in pursuance of the requisition of the Governor. Read and passed. Sent down for concurrence.

Mr Webb from the Joint Standing Committee on Division of Towns, made a Report asking leave to be discharged from the further consideration of a Remonstrance of the Inhabitants of the town of Plymouth & recommending a reference of the same to the Joint Standing Committee on Incorporation of Towns. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

The same Gentleman from the same Committee reported leave to withdraw on the petition of Nathaniel Hoyt and others; Also on the petition of William Ward Jr and others; Also on the petition of Ezekiel Holmes and others; which reports were severally read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.
