The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Resolve, in favor of Nehemiah Leavitt - - authorizing the Penobscot Indians to sell two townships of land & pine timber which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
Resolve in favor of the town of Pittsfield, was called up & referred to Messrs. Norton of Canaan, Scammon of Pittston & Burnham of Orland with instruction to report a statement of facts.
