Report on the petition of Josiah Crosby & others, came down form the Senate, the body adhering to their vote whereby they accepted the same as amended by them so as to give leave to withdraw - and the House recede from their vote of 3rd inst, accepting the original report, and concur with the Senate - and this question was taken by yeas & nays and decided as follows yeas 76 nays 45. The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed, Bill to incorporate the town of Acton- - to authorizing George F Richardson exclusively to navigate the Androscoggin River with horse Boats - - for relief of Debtors to the State - which were severally passed to be enacted. Resolve in favor of Moses Greenleaf, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed as amended in the Senate and further amended by the House. Sent up
