Oct 26 Gen [Hodldon?] Dear Sir I take the liberty to address a [ ] [ ] [ ] in connection with this a desire of obtaining a discharge which the Dr. said I should have and should have as soon as I get my dis [ ] list as I am un fit for duty and if you will be so kind as to forward my [des amepline?] [ ] [ ] an will oblige me very much I presume you know who I am I having Trained in your [Co?] and worked at your house o Stilwater Ave I tried to get a furlough sp not to leave the service but the Dr said I should not be fit for any more service
