Elias Norton of Addison Do. - Alexr McCaslin & Saml. Dresko [?] Jr of Columbia for Coroners - Wm. Nash of Addison Do - Ichabod Farnsworth of Jonesbor Do. -

Messrs Bailey & Look, Commissions under the old State have expired if appointed again had ought to be sent on soon, to be the first appointments made

The above named persons I conceive are suitable persons to be appointed to the several offices above named & I hold my self responsable [sic] - for their good conduct.
