The Senate reconsider their vote of yesterday, passing to be engrossed as amended "Bill to incorporate the Umbagog [?] Company" and further amend the same by striking out the amendment adopt yesterday and inserting an additional section in lieu thereof and the same, on motion of Mr Fish was ordered to lie on the table.

Bill additional respecting Manufacturing Companies was taken up - Mr Jarvis moved to strike our all after the enacting clause and insert "That all Manufacturing Companies exempted from taxation by the Act approved Feb 4th 1835, for the term of six years, hereafter incorporated, shall be exempted until April 1. 1841.
