Mr Purinton from the Committee of Conference on the disagreeing vote of the two Houses on Bill to regulate the execution of the Punishment of Death made a report recommending to the Senate to adhere to their vote indefinitely postponing the same - read and the same on motion of Mr. Johnson was ordered to lie on the table.
Mr. Greene from the Committee on the Judiciary reported leave to withdraw on petition of the town of Hermon and Arnold Blaney and others - read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
Mr. Manter from the Committee on Interior Waters reported reference to next Legislature on petition of Charles F Hally - read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
