�by said Committee in behalf of said Commonwealth of John Frost being bound as Follows viz beginning at a Stake to the Eastward of the Dwelling house and running Northwesterly five Degress West [line] fifty four Rods from there running North fiftysix degrees East [line] thirtyeight rods to the bay [line] from there by the shore to the first Bound [line] also a priviledge of Siting down at the Carrying place at west Quoddy [line] between the Bay of West Quoddy, and the Bay of Duny to contain Fifty acres that said Island Tracts of Land & priviledges to be confirmed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to the Said Indians & their heirs forever [line] In Testimony of all which we the said Alexander Campbell John Allan & George Stillman the said [struck through] com =mittee of aforesaid & in behalf of the Commonwealth aforesaid and the Chiefs + other Indians aforesaid in behalf of themselves + those Connected with them as aforesaid have hereunto Set our hand + Seals at Passamaquody the 29 day of Sept- in the Year of our LORD one Thousand Seven Hundred + Ninety Four - Signed & Sealed in Presence of Samuel Titcmb Mo Frost Jr Alea.
